做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
