做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
