做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
