做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
