做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
