做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
