做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
