做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
