做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
