做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
