做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
