做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
