做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
