做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
