做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
