做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮(pí )泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
