做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
