做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
