做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
