做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
