做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
