做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
