做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
