做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
