做(zuò )法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。 -
