做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
