做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
