做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
