做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
