做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
