做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
