做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
