做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
