做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
