做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
