做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
