做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
