做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
