做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
