做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
