做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
