做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
