做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
