做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
