做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
