做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
