做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
