做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝(cháng )。 -
