做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
