做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
